guys, my boi cc is out this month but I have not been issued a new one yet, do they send one automatically or what? I had them sent on before without even asking. ta.

They usually sent it 2 or 3 weeks before it expires.

Usually get card 10-14 days prior to expiry, if you get none say 7 days before expiry call them in case its lost in the post.
