I am not trying to start a war here but I was going threw different sections on boards and on the main boards.com page I came across this section

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=1003

To my surprise I noticed there are a lot of threads on nazi medals and talk about the SS and various Nazi related topics.

Now from what I know myself about medals and collections and collecting its not all about nazi's.

I am shocked that boards would let you post these threads and and sell these articles in this section.

There is Swastika's all over this section and I think it is awful.

    I don't see what's the big deal.

They're pieces of military and world history and it's natural that people are interested in them. It's not as if people are creating Nazi shrines using them or anything.

yes it should be banned at once because you dont like it, talking about the SS, burn them. Lets only mention the good guys when talking about wars.

There is no point in trying to cover up a part of history. It happened, we can't do anything else about it. Say what you will though, those Nazis had a great sense of style.

    Are you for real?

Firstly, everyone loves a baddy, hence the enduring fascination with Nazism in the fields of academic study, arts and collecting.

Secondly, if anyone is espousing the policies of the Third Reich as they pertain to Aryan supremacy and other associated disgusting ideology, I very much doubt those posters would be on the boards for long.

If people have a liking for the aestetics of nazi uniforms, architecture, caligraphy or indeed an interest in Hitlers facial hair it would seem to me there should be no valid reason as to why those topics should not be discussed among those with an interest in same.

    Good for you.

Now, is this somethign you are assumign based on titles or have actually witnessed? If the former, **** off; if the later, please link to specific posts and threads where someoen "promotes pro-nazi activites".

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Sure the people who fought against the Nazi's were the 1st that collected Nazi memorabilia. Its really interesting stuff and WILL be worth an absolute bomb in the future. I dont collect it but im very interested by it and WW2 in general.

Generally, when collecting world war II German memorbillia - and make sure you're sitting down here - theres a few Swastikas and Nazi symbols involved.

However I'm sure you know that and are just childishly attempting a bit of a shit stir.
