3d Glasses question

    Are the 3D glasses from different manufactures compatible with each other, i.e. if you have a samsung TV and player can you get buy panasonic glasses.

    Depends on the tv, some 3D systems are active and passive and also have a flicker rate that *might* be different, so ask before buying.

    Apparently, with the Samsung active glasses and the Panasonic active glasses, they alternate at opposite times, so basically if you wear one pair upside down it'll work with the other TV. That's according to a review I read, possibly on AV Forums.

    Sonys and panas arent compatible, tried it when we were stuck for glasses at a mates house. Silly price for new glasses.
