Meteor Blank Micro Sim???

    Hi all,

    I got an IPhone 4 for the other half for xmas, iv been looking for a blank micro sim for ages. Different Meteor shops are telling me different things. Here are some of the replies:

    "ah yeah we will have them in a day or two, check back then"

    "oooh I dont think we do them"

    "no chance getting one of them, they come in and then they are gone"

    "I dont think we are getting anymore in for another 6 months"

    "why dont you try another shop"

    "I think we have stopped doing them"

    Anyone any idea whats goin on here?

    Or does anyone know anyone willing to sell a blank one?

    You could order a sim cutter from amazon, they have them for around £5

    I have to say I had the same problem with Meteor, I think its genuine. For the record however, there is NO difference between the SIM they give you when you take out a contract / PrePay and a replacement SIM they give you when you lose yours. They are the exact same. They're merely swapping the old SIM ID to the new one.

    You could go in and say you lost your SIM. Ask for a replacement MicroSIM. Maybe play the "Well, I can't use my phone then" trump card.
