I have my eye on the dot as my next investment :) How does it play?

i've heard the dot is a reliable semi-acoustic, the reviews on it are pretty good, the only probs i've heard of is that on some the pickups ar'nt beefy enough and the action varies on some of them(either too high or too low) which are both easily fixed
other than that if u can pick on up for round 370-500(they are 285 on thomann but u take a few risks getting em posted) i say go for it if it meets the standards

Sounds great and I usually play it on practise amps like a fender frontman 15w or line 6 spider 15!
I picked it up on sale in x music for 310!
