How many times have you seen a driver doing something stupid/dangerous....i.e, speeding past you when you know that 9 times out of 10 that there'll be a speed trap just around the bend, but then there isnt...or pulling up to a junction with their phone stuck to their right ear without looking to see what vehicle is coming..and you think I could have been a garda car...but you're not...
Is it just luck or do some people just not care......
I do know if I was to do either of the above ..I'd be caught....:o

On the other hand, there aren't too many squad cars or cameras per sq mile. Ive often witnessed speeding, breaking a red light, stopping on a junction etc where the guards have turned a blind eye or not even noticed.

It is very annoying when you come across people driving recklessly

running red lights etc, but then the odd time the Gardai are there.

Its just fantastic when the siren/lights come on and your there to

    see it happen. :)
