best way to get into a band (as a lead guitarist)

    ive been playing for only liek 13 or 14 months and im progression pretty good i hink , i mainly play classic rock and alot of metallica so im kinda into metal and the good old classics , im just wondering whats the best way to get out band hunting , im from tulllamore and im playing as the lead guitarist

    I been gigging with my Strat for most on 50 years now and I am still practicing a couple hours daily,you practice enough and the guitar will tell everyone about you and you will never have to ask how God bless from an old Rock and Roll/country guitarist who still lives the dream
