iPod Touch Problem

    Hi guys.

    Recently I bought a new iPod Touch 4G 32GB.

Everything was great, it was syncing to iTunes and downloading was fine.Everything was great until today.

My sister was using it and then put it away.

Anyway later I picked it up and it had just completely shut down. wouldn't turn on.

I tried to charge it on the computer but the screen to say it was being charged didn't come up and iTunes wasn't recognising it.

Anyone have any similar problems or have any advice please ?

    Thanks.
