    Looking for some information photos / books etc of the Harcourt Street Line

    The Dublin & South Eastern Railway by Ernie Shepherd published by David & Charles in 1974 is the best for information and his later book The Dublin & South Eastern Railway: An Illustrated History for photographs. Both titles are available on Abebooks.com
    I just acquired a very interesting DVD of the movie - Johnny Nobody - which was made on the Harcourt Street line in 1960 (after closure) when only the Down line remained. There are lots of interesting shots including Carrickmines.

    Thanks for that, two books that I am looking out for at a non Flewitt price ;):D

    Two other books worth a look at Brian MacAonghosa's two books, The Harcourt Street Line and Luas; Harcourt Street Memories. Both are light reading if a bit twee but all in all a good read. PM me if you want an ISBN number for same :)
