Has anyone a good recipe to make snowballs they want to share? I baked these a few years ago and they were amazing! But I never kept the recipe. I remembering using digestive biscuits, cocoa powder and marshmallows though...

There's snowballs, which are marshmallow, chocolate and coconut, and teacakes, which are marshmallow, biscuit and chocolate.

Either way, for both you'd start with making marshmallow and pipe it into balls: onto baking paper for the snowballs, and onto the biscuits directly for the teacakes. Then let them harden and dip in chocolate, rolling in coconut for the snowballs.

    Edit: Marshmallow recipe here
