ive never made one but im going to now as i had a right evening shooting pigeons as they were coming in to roost yesterday evening
from what ive been reading is
all ya need is a wiper motor bike battery and a bit of dowel steel to make the mount for putting the pigeons on and theres a way of setting th speed on them as well its probably something similar to a dimmer

any chance of those plans john anyway because there probably a lot better than what i have in mind
save all the trial an error

i got one made by a friend of mine who is a fitter a few years ago i gave him a wiper motor and a rotar i had a loan of from afriend to model off. it works great with ride-on mower battery but the steel he used was slightly too heavy and i would say to you the one thing about a homemade job is to keep the weight down as it make life easier and less arguments as to who carries it:D
