    Does anyone know of the best way to find good developers abroad? I've heard Ali baba may be a good place to start. Are certain countries better than others in general in terms of quality of developers?

    We've just completed a project using a Eastern European developer sourced via odesk. Worked out alright in the end but make sure that you clearly clarify the spec and timelines/deadlines with them beforehand.
    Don't pay until key deliverables have been made.
