Can you get lights that can be placed outdoors for the purpose of providing uv light to plants?

Can these lights be solar powered or be run from a battery?

Surely if the plant is outdoors it is getting UV light?

The sun is so weak now these days-would uv lights be able to replicate summer strength sun?

Why would you want to try and replicate summer sun in winter?
Plants don't suffer from depression because of lack of light, they use this time to rebuild their reserves for growth in spring and summer.
There is almost no growth this time of year.

    Hmmmmmmm

Sounds like somebody is trying to grow a 'happy herb' in their garden rather than in the hot press
