Green Coffee Beans - Shipping to Ireland

    Hi All
    Plan to return to Ireland for extended period (currently in Australia). Have a large stock of green coffee beans which I plan to ship.
    Anyone aware of customs/quarantine restrictions on green beans?

    Hi Wild.Bill
    I am not currently living in Ireland, although travelling there in a couple of weeks. My "personal" green bean stash is about 80Kgs of specialty beans. I roast for family, friends and small volume sales. So to answer your question..........I am not an importer just a very keen "micro-roaster".
    I figure when we move back to Ireland I will be shipping approx 100Kgs of green but considering the strict quarantine here in Australia I do not forsee problems getting them into Ireland:D.

    Phelixoflaherty - CoffeeSnobs greens (& roasted) are excellent.
    Andy Freeman (CoffeeSnobs owner) also has THE best cocoa and tea. No doubt I will have to find a provider once I arrive in Ireland but I am well aware I will have to pay a lot more for my addiction :(
