Double songs in itunes folder

hey i was wondering if anyone knows a simple way out of this problem. Just looked through the itunes folder there and found that a lot of the songs are in the folder twice, even though theres only the one file in itunes itself. Iv got nearly 10k songs so dont even want to think about going through them one by one, so…
