Hey, just wondering if anyone can tell me are the spaces for 2nd year legal studies very competitive?? Would everyone one who applys for one get a space? Also, when one graduates with a BA in legal studies and another subject, and then one chooses to take the LLB (not too sure which one ) .. do you graduate with a BA in legal studies and another subjext and an LLB or is it Just the LLB??
    thanks...

I assume this is for BA? There are (or were) 100 places for it in 2nd year. For some reason it has a fairly high failure rate in 1BA, so if you pass the exam you should be offered a place. I was offered a place, but decided not to take it as my interests lay elsewhere.

I only passed the exam, and was offered a place. Apparently that was enough to put me in the top 100, so it didn't say much of the other 100+ people in the class.

Just study, and you'll be fine.
