Signet 220 Wireless installation Spec and advice

I want a wireless intruder system installed and am about to start ringing around for quotes. My uncle just had the HKC sw 1070 installed and he is happy and has recommended it.

Having read through the vast amounts of info here I'm starting to want to get a Signet 220 for the webserver/ethernet ability. It will be in my parents house in Limerick and as I live in Dublin I'd like to be able to troubleshoot remotely.

From seeing my uncle's installation he has all inertia sensors on the windows with pir's covering the main rooms and hallways. He got 2 fire alarms and a Carbon monoxide detector with a HKC sw1070. He paid about €2500 installed. I know the 3 detectors could have added the bones of €450

Not sure I want to spend that initially, but would be happy to get a basic coverage in (Phase 1) and add the full coverage later in the year (Phase 2). I'm thinking of going down the self install route as I'm not sure I can get the necessary coverage for the house if I have to pay for installation. It depends how the quotes come in.

The house layout is at the bottom but I'm thinking the list of components would be something like this:

    Phase 1:
    1 x Signet 220
    1 x Wireless keypad
16 x Inertia sensors for windows
3 x contact sensors for 3 exterior doors
1 x bits I have forgotten and am not sure about (e.g zone expander??)

    Phase 2:
    Necessary PIRs to cover house
    Firealarms/CM detector
Anything else that might be recommended

Can anyone give me a ballpark figure that I can use to gauge the value of the quotes I get? Any advice or input is greatly appreciated, I've seen some amazingly comprehensive advice given by members which has already helped me hugely so anything else is a bonus!

    Thanks

    House Layout:
    Downstairs:
    5 rooms
    10 Windows
-6 Windows (sash windows if relevant)
    -4 Windows (standard PVC ones)
    1 French door
    2 standard doors

    Upstairs:
    1 hallway
    4 bedrooms
    1 Bathroom
    6 windows (sash windows)
