    Hi,
I bought a 40" samung lcd. I have a sky+ box. When it turned it on it seems the picture is zoomed in like tops of heads cut off etc. I then reverted back to my old 32" and it had the same issue. I cant remeber if it had the problem maybe it had and the 40" is highlighting it more?
But as the problem is on the new & the old tv im thinking the mew tv is ok and its the sky+ box maybe. Im using 16:9 movie setting.
Has anyone seen this and of a way around it? Ive tried all the settings I can see on the remotes.
    Thanks.

AFAIK, the Sky box only has 2 settings - 16:9 and 4:3.

Your TV should have a screen size menu - Normal/Wide/Panoramic/Zoom and maybe others. Check the manual if you have it.

check the settings on your sky box, if its set to auto it might have adjusted the aspect ratio and not reverted back when you changed your tv
