The question that I would ask of you is what is the application? This pigment is a ground or concentrated colour that you mix into a medium such as a binding agent as shown at the top of your link page to make a coloured medium that you can work with. In this case it would be excellent for working on a variety of substrates using different applications including airbrush use once thinned to the proper constancy (like milk as opposed to water as a general observation). If you plan to use it outdoors or on a vehicle then you will have issues in terms of durability and colour fade due to UV.
PM me if you need more info!

and if it's for artsy airbrushing i would consider mica powders to mix in with acrylic paint.

What exactly do you want to do?
Make your own paint, which is durable, will work as it should and will work with the other paints used, like basecoat, clear and so on, isn't as easy as it might look. Kinda don't understand the motif behind it all...
If you want some one of mix, then it's much easier to get some of the specially developed automotive airbrushing paints and create your own shades or effects using those as starting point.
Don't make your life harder than it is ;)

But if you want to go your way, than it's nothing easier than get some of the pigment and try it out.
