    Hi there,
wondering if anyone can help me. I have a HTC Hero bought in March and love it. However the time does not update automatically, particularly at night. When i pick it up in the morning and press one of the buttons the time will update but the problem is the alarm does not go off... You can see the problems this creates.
    Thanks in advance

This is probably a problem with the alarm not staying switched on rather than the phone not updating the time. You probably notice that the time is correct on the status bar, but the time on the clock widget hasn't updated until you press a button or something.

Make sure that the little alarm clock symbol is in the status bar. If you have a task killer, make sure it is not switching off the alarm (and probably get rid of the task killer anyway)

If this doesn't work just get a different alarm app Alarm Clock Plus V2 is good (has a nice big snooze button) and is free
