Microlite pill, periods and pregnancy

Hi, hope someone on here may know something about this!

I'm taking Microlite contraceptive pill for almost 4 years now with no problems, always take it at the same time every day, never before or never after. On Tuesday I took it 2 hours late due to unforseen circumstances. I took my last tablet in the pack this morning Thursday. Normally my period comes on Sunday night/Monday morning, but a couple of hours ago I noticed a light bleed and my body felt as it would normally feel on a Sunday night.
Firstly, could taking the pill only 2 hours late on Tuesday make that much of a difference that it would start my period 3 nights early? And secondly, is there any chance that I could be pregnant or likely to become pregnant as a result of taking it late? I know the rule is 12 hours but it was near the end of the pack and this has never happened before.
I am calling my doctor tomorrow to check with her but I thought someone may be able to give me peace of mind or a bit of info tonight!! :)
