    Bought a new tacx sirius

Problem is there is a kick or slight jump in the gears when it is clamped

Out on the road the bike is fine

Is the turbos frame knocking my deraileur out of line

Driving me mental... appreciate if you can help

What does kick mean? Do you mean you can't change gear cleanly, that the derailleur isn't aligned with the sprocket the chain is on? If so, check the cable isn't being pinched or bent. Failing that get someone to ride the bike on the turbo while you look at it.

Any chance you have the bike clamped to tightly.

Just watch the rear of bike as you are clamping it I had a similar problem solved by loosening the clamp. When i got down to have a look could actually see the rear forks return to natural position as i loosend it. It just needs to be secure rather than tight if you get me + im fairly sure its not good for a carbon frame:eek:
