    Has any new classical music been composed and released on CD this year (either Irish or international)? Which is the best or most interesting composition (from famous or new composers) and worth buying?

    I found Deirdre Gribbin's CD really good (Lyric Composers of Ireland Vol. 4)

    Both have excellent music!

    Also CMC CD 9 is worth a look too, as it contains Jonathan Nangle's piece
    "Our headlights blew softly into the black..." Brilliant
