Wan*er singing all night?

What's the legal procedure if a middle-aged man keeps singing at all hours? This fool is not drunk either and can be heard from other apartments keeping people awake. Is singing the same as playing loud music or an alarm going off? Do I take this guy to the District court or is there another legal route?

Yep, he said 'go to the Garda'. I know they can do nothing about this until I get a court order.

Here there are laws against this and you can call the police to request him to turn it down.

What you should estabilish is what law has been broken.

So in ireland what act governs noise in residential dwellings?
