If you're using the router they supplied, go to http://192.168.1.254
This will bring you to the home page of the router. There should be a "wireless" link on the left hand side (I can't show you screenshots as I don't use their router any more), this should tell you the name of the wireless network (probably something like eircom1234567). There should be options to change the password. If you've never changed it, its a good idea to change it anyway as there's an algorithm that can derive the wireless password from the name of the network. If your router is one of the newer ones, and it asks you for a password when connecting to the configuration page, try broadband1

If you have any problem accessing http://192.168.1.254 via the wireless then do it be ethernet.

    Chance the security to wpa.
