Seems to be an issue for quite a few people on here, I have water coming into the house from the mains but the pressure is too low to get the water in the attic to the tank.

Is there anything that can be done to improve this or is it a matter of just waiting?

Nothing you can do unless you want to trek up to the attic with buckets of water.

Yeah seems to be the case, the pressure has picked up now anyway,it will take ages to fill the tank.

We had that problem. Just didn't flush the loos even when the water was back.Co. Council are turning water off from 9pm to 9am so we wait a full day before flushing the loo( I know, I know!) and it has helped build up the water in the attic tank.
