Beware guys

I'm not sure why I'm posting this, I suppose just because I'm a bit shaken up and this is the only way I can talk about it but also to warn others that this kind of stuff happens.

I was in the Boilerhouse the other night (please don't lecture me about that!) and was with a guy. As he was about to penetrate me, I told him to put on a condom and handed him one. It took him ages to open it and I worried he might have damaged it so I took it from him and put it on his c*ck - it looked fine not damaged.

So he entered and then thrusted once and I had a bad feeling so told him to pull out. He had not come or had precome as it was only in for a couple of minutes, but the condom had ripped. I think he had deliberately damaged it when he was opening it because I had insisted on him using it.

I left and went home and was very upset. I actually vomited. I'm not worried about having caught anything as there was no come involved, but the fact that someone would do that makes me sick!

I'd heard urban legends of such stuff before, but beware there are actually sickos like that around.

Well first of all regardless of whether he climaxed or not ,I think you should get tested a.s.a.p. just to clear your mind .
Secondly ,Why are you assumeing this guy purposely tore the condom, accidents happen .The condom may have got torn when he was opening the packet and then during sex it more than likely ripped further .
To suggest people deliberately rip condoms is a bit far fetched .
Maybe next time think twice before you have anal sex with a complete stranger.

If you do have any concerns, and "the other night" was literally last night, there is post-exposure prophlyaxis available, I believe James' is the hospital best equipped to provide it.

This isn't the nicest thing to do to your system, as it basically involves taking massive amounts of HIV drugs for a short period of time, but it can prevent infection if taken shortly after exposure.

And I'd reiterate testing, but I'd suggest that anyone sexually active gets that done on a regular basis anyway, treat it like an NCT...

Warning people about having sex in the Boilerhouse is kind of redundant.

Nah - there are lots of young lads who may not have a clue what the BH is yet so its fair enough

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

i dont think the OP was warning anyone about the BH he was more concerned that someone might intentially try to have unprotected sex with him (which i find hard to believe )and anyway a sexual encounter can happend anywhere ,be it a meet in a pub or club ,,,,,

Well that all seems a bit hysterical given that you took responsibility for putting the condom on and checked it.

I've heard far worse than this. For example one guy who whipped the condom off during a change of position with out the bottom partner's consent. This wasn't in the BH, but it was a casual encounter. Having sex with a complete stranger is always going to have its difficulties, primarily one should never trust a stranger!
