nurses received no wages today

does antone know why the hse failed to pay nurses wages in to their banks today. ????? hse said they SHOULD be in tomorrow.:confused::mad:

I think it is an attempt to get the payment into the next financial year. There is a budget overrun this year.

As a result of the late/non payment of salary on time, does this mean that the nurses can claim bank charges from the HSE if necessary?
