    • Please nominate for the Most Overrated Film in 2010!
    • Only 2 nominations per person
    • You can justify your selections if you want, but don't criticise other peoples' selections
    • The movie must have been in Irish Cinemas between January 1st and December 31st 2010
    • This is the second of three nomination waves. The rest will follow over the next few days and weeks, followed by voting.

Toy Story 3 - I just didn't feel it, I thought it was considerably poorer than the first and second bar one or two scenes.

Karate Kid - The fact that this wasn't universally panned stunned me. Jaden Smith is absolutely terrible. When you have the likes of Chloe Moretz, Lina Leandersson and Kodi Smit McPhee, being a kid really is not an excuse for awful acting anymore.

Dogtooth - Pretentious and nasty, the worst kind of European art cinema.

Buried - One trick movie, awful ending.

The Kids Are All Right - It was good, but an Oscar shoo-in? Pooh!

Monsters - People wax lyrical about this film because of it's low budget. Doesn't hide the fact that as a film it is fairly poor overall in terms of character and storytelling.

David Fincher made a masterful snoozefest in "the social network".

Edit: Apologies to David Yates, for almost failing to acknowledge his genius book-ruiner, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows- Part 1.

Shutter Island - performances aside.. it's not particularly "haunting" or "engaging". It's all a bit of a bore!

Somewhere - 95 minutes and nothing happens. Characters barely change and too many stupid overlong single shots of cars whizzing around tracks and sunbathing. Utter muck!

Scott Pilgrim - take away the fun visuals and decent performances and you're left with one of the most poorly paced films of the year, not confident enough in telling its very basic story. Decent, but certainly overrated.

I know The Hangover was a 2009 movie but it still deserves a mention.
Hugely over rated..I can't fathom why it's liked so much. It's been done countless times before. And over the last year can't really remember a film in the cinema that i was slightly interested in,hope for less ****ty rom-coms and better films in 2011.

Kick Ass because it just isn't as funny as it thinks it is.
The Killer inside me. Was attempting to be shocking and artsy but just came off as boring.
