Shopping For A Nylon String Guitar

Hey all,

Looking for a nice mid priced classical style guitar hoping someone will know more about the brands and such to avoid/look out for!

Heres what I'm after:

• Nylon String*
• Cutaway*
• Pre-Amp/Tuner*
• All Solid Body Construction
• Ceder Top (I'm a sucker for them)
• Can handle down tunings well eg. open C*

*Must have.

After that I'm pretty flexible, any ideas/suggestions on where to go looking and what to look for? I haven't a breeze about this style of guitar!

Love the cedar tops too. Alvaros are lovely, I'd say check out their range. The Alvaro 290EC would seem to make sense for what you're looking for.

Excuse the bump but i'm also looking for to pick up a nylon string guitar.

I was thinking about going for this as i'm familiar with the brand but i don't know the first thing about classical guitars to be honest.

There are a lot of brands i know nothing about, does anyone think i could get a better guitar with the same budget? Roughly 200e. I'm not too fussy, just want a nice sound.

Anyway looking at buying one me self, kinda thinking of the lower signature rod & gab Yamaha one. Although I love me Hofners and could get one second hand for cheaper, choices choices.................
