excel help - print x rows per page

hi there, i'm using excel. i have (for example) about 100 rows. i'd like to print them all so that i have exactly 31 rows per page. i can't find any option to allow me to do this. can anyone help me out please? thanks

If I'm doing that I select the rows I want, go to the print dialog and click the 'selection' check box in the spot where it asks you what to print.

in the end i just used print preview and kept adjusting until i saw the right number of rows per page. was hoping for a more permanent solution though.
