After long watching from the sidelines cashless ive managed to invest a the best part of €1000. One thing thats bugging me about the yank companies is the titles they seem to give people. Over here and the uk its chaurman ceo cfo coo etc. the yanks have seem to have their ceos as the chairman aswell but its the titles they give other execs.

One company ive been looking at FX Energy has this guy Clay Newton, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer A title like that says CFO or head bean counter. so why all the other titles?
