car rental galway

    Could some one tell me is there any bus going to galway airport around 4 on the 31st of jan. I booked the car for galway city and iv been told i have to collect it at the airport..

    The only bus to the airport is at 13:00hrs (Mon-Fri).

    You will need to get a Taxi

    Taxi to airport is pretty expensive, could you ask for the car to be collected in the city? Isn't there budget car rental in eyre square?

    I've rented from Enterprise (ballybrit) a couple of times before..and they have come out to pick me up (drum area).
    Found them to have the best deals most of the time.Under €22/day for a small mini(micra)

    Did the person who told you this give you the phone number of his cousin the taxi driver, by any chance?

    You'll probably have to wear it at this stage ('cos you want the car), but I'd be making my feelings known.

    Cheapest way to the airport involves the #9 bus and meeting a pre-booked hackney at Dunnes Briarhill.
