    +1 on that.

My mothers Liebherr fridge had an F2 fault code up and found out it was a faulty tempeture sensor. So I bought the part off whitegoods-uk for €50 and saved her about €250! The lads over on that site were so help full.

To keep things fair to leibherr and to their engineers (;) but were did you come up with the figure of 300 for a repair ?

Between a call out charge, parts, labour etc. A complete joke, they are a crowd in Dublin the only ones on the Liebherr website. Im down in Kilkenny too so they probably charge driving up and down. Can you buy parts in this country for them?

you obviously didnt look into it too much.yes they are based in Dublin.A very reputable company. They use agents all over the country.the agent for Kilkenny would more then likely charged you a call out of 70 euro and the price of part.
Liebher fridges can be quite specialised and the sensors can be tricky to fit, so im suprised you repaired it as easy as you say

70 euro is the charge -

Plug can you delete your post claiming 300 repair as when people google leibherr it's on the first page and can have a negative effect on the brand -

Unless you can show us where you got your quote?
