I was in Clearwater shopping center in Finglas an hour ago. There is a Segull with a broken wing. It just walks from he top of one ice lump to the next with its wing hanging off.
I tried to catch it but I was only stressing it. I told the guy with the trollies but he wasnt interested. So I told a security guard and he said he'd talk to someone. Poor animal

Report it to the DSPCA, they should have someone in the area that deal with it. These birds can also get quite aggressive if handled.

Never pick up a seagull without gloves & goggles - I have the scars :D

The only other option is to throw a big towel or blanket over it - the fun comes as you try & remove it.

An injured blackback would take the finger off you.
