Hi - hopefully you guys can help me out with something. I'm trying to find out how (if at all) UPC informed customers about the increase in prices to Sky Sports & Sky movies earlier this year. It was in September I believe ?

If you could answer the poll it would be much appreciated. If you could also specify how far in advance you received the notice that would be great. Please note - this is solely to do with the increase in prices to the movie/sports channels and not next months increases to other services.

How did UPC inform you about price changes to Sky Sports & Sky Movies? 0 votes
