Law on Sheebens?

I was wondering if there was any law about being "found-on" the premises off a sheeben should the guards raid it to shut it down i.e if you are there when the guards arrive, what would you be charged with if you were charged? I would assume that the offence of being "found-on" can only relate to being in a licensed premise.

I would presume that the owner/operator would be hit with something along the lines of selling alcohol without a license, in addition to possibily tax evasion etc.

I'm kinda assuming that the guards would be interested in prosecuting everyone as opposed to merely going after the operator. [Is this a solid assumption or are the guards simply likely to warn those "found-on" the premises and target the operator to shut it down permanently?]

is it an offence to drink the alcohol sold in this way.Or to be in the place where it was being sold like it is an offence to travel in a car/receive goods you know to be stolen?Or in this case funding possible tax evasion Interesting question
