Question about MED 2

    Hi all,


    Quick question about claiming on treatment using the MED 2 form.


    I'll be getting a crown done in the next few weeks and my VHI dental insurance will cover half of the cost, but my dentist also mentioned I should be able to get something back through tax relief.


    Does anyone know if I claim tax relief for the full cost of the treatment or just the amount that my insurance won't cover? I had left his office before this dawned on me....


    Any help would be appreciated!
