Best Monitor for 100 notes or so?

    Its time I actually started using that dvi input thingy on my graphics card.
    Any suggestions for a monitor. Cheap as poss.
    Used for photo editing, everyday computing, a few games

    was looking at this Samsung SyncMaster T200HD
