    nice one just what the body needs.

    Just checked out your site and you have open padding sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays, is this open for all levels? Have KB backround but no MT.

    Tomorow will just be a light padwork session.

    Advanced class would involve padwork sparing and clinch work every Tues and wens most thurs we would spar clinch and finishing with a conditoning circut.

    Beginers every Tues and Thurs would involve padwork and sparing techniques.drop down tomorow we can have a chat.
