Sorry if this has already been done but I couldn't find a clear, up-to-date answer when searching.

For the first time in years we've (I've) gone over our download cap (by 2gb so far). We're on eircom's home professional plus package (80 euro every two months, 50gb monthly limit and non-NGB as far as I can tell).

I was just wondering if anyone knows if eircom is likely to charge us for the excess?

No one can answer this other than eircom. It has been done to death on this forum.

    Thread moved to eircom forum.

I appreciate your hesitation in giving out account details. I have checked into your query and a general rule if the allowance is exceeded, the bill payer will be charged. If you decide to PM me the account details, I can look into this accounts query specifically
    Thank You
