    Runmeter (Could possibly be the same as cyclemeter, but I haven't used that) has a mode for cycling. Works brilliantly.

    EDIT: Yup, It's the same. If it's for cycling only, obviously go for Cyclemeter :D

    motionx gps - not bad, has a lite version for trying out.
    also endomondo, very similar, seems to have better elevation!

    RunKeeper Pro is free until the end of January 2011 (usually $9.99). I haven't used it and it's not cycle-specific, but it still might be worth a look.

    i have cyclemeter and its pretty accurate. much the same distances measured as with mapmyrun/ride, same avg speed as my speedo etc etc
