Connection problem

    Hi I am unable to connect to the internet through one of the laptops in my house. Everything else works fine,my other laptop PS3,Xbox all work fine. So it's clearly a problem with this laptop.
    When i try to coonect i get a Windows message saying.

    INTERNET EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING

    A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.
    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.


    No soluton is forthcoming. Any ideas?

    Try booting into 'Safe Mode with Networking' first just to see if Internet Explorer works then. If it does, then download and install another browser (e.g. Firefox) and see if that works in Normal Mode.
