Hi,
I have prewired audio wires in 3 rooms. kitchen/living/entrance hall.

Is there such a thing a pc controlled amp to select which speaker sets are selected.

Ideally the following

option A (tv only). Kitchen speakers only for surround sound for tv in kitchen
Option B (music down stairs) Kitchen plus optional living and or entrance hallway all individually selective.

I have seen casa tunes but it is expensive. Just wondering if any 5.1 system or audio system is capable of speaker selection and or control via software
