Tank not filling.

Hello all, THe water supply as with everywhere is quite low around my area, Im in D3 in Marino. We have water coming into the kitchen from the mains but it is not filling the tank in the attic, anyone have any ideas?

Yeah pressure to low to lift it up to tank

Pressure eventually got up and the tank is full, we still have running water as well.
