New 40" TV - Which one?

    Main considerations:

    - Main living room TV
    - Will be on home network connected to NAS (prob Buffalo)
    - In direct sunlight at certain times (loom for surround sound is built in already) so needs to handle that and possibly can swivel(are all wall mounts included?)
    - Maninly for movies and sports - no gaming
    - Budget arnd 1100 but will stretch for right TV.
    - HDMI/USB/SD slots are all needed
    - Have sky(& future freesat boxes) connected through F180 so tuner not essential.
    All help much appreicated.
