    Single room in elm park available for second semester.It works out at 700 euro for January to May.We have unlimted broadband with 15meg speed and upc channels.The house is nice,comfortable and within a 10 minute walk of college and more importantly within a minute walk of the Lodge.3 first years and one second year in the house already.First year/Second year preferred but not fussy.With bills it comes to about 45 a week but depends on Esb/oil since internet/tv is fixed.Contact me at 09004220@studentmail.ul.ie if you are interested
