Is it free to park in pay and display spaces today?

Or is one required to pay.

As far as I'm aware it is treated as a bank holiday and as such is free?

Bank holiday Tuesday? Those crazy banks!

No, Tuesday is just a normal tuesday, no reason it should be free.

My understanding was that since Xmas and Stephens day fell on the weekend that those days in effect were now moved to Monday and Tuesday.
