Yep, yet another wedding dress dilemma

Heya ladies/gents,

This is my first thread so bare with me; Just wondering if anyone could help me out, make suggestions - I have a wedding coming up in 2 weeks (8th Jan) and I have no idea what to wear...I'm pretty slim (btwn 6-8), pale and long blonde curly hair (bright blonde). I got fab red(&touch of gold) patent River Island heels for Xmas so was thinking maybe teaming up with a black strapless wiggle dress and white fur stole - only can't find one suitable for wedding. Would anyone have any suggestions? any good websites that would deliver within 2 weeks? Also open to other suggestions...perhaps canary yellow? or royal blue??

Thanks a million ladypip...can I ask what the sizes are like? I see 8 is the smallest they do...Depending on where I shop, sometimes a size 6 fits best.

Thanks Psycho-hope...quite like the Tfnc one but was thinking might be bit short for a wedding (traditional church affair)...I'm 5 ft 7" so might be small bit short. I've been searching Asos alright (have never bought from them before though).

Yes love the maxi too; and the KM one; shoes aren't a given; Mother gave me the receipt for shoes (were a pressie from her) so might exchange them for a nice gold pair instead; they are VERY pretty tho, but can't justify 89 yoyos for a pair of shoes I'll wear once or twice. Gold colour would be more wearable; Thank you!x

I love the Karen Millen dresses. It's a pity to have to return the shoes, I'm sure they would look great with red or black.

Yes it can be rather hit and miss sometimes, I usually find Jane Norman dresses good quality. You should call in as that dress is lovely. Good luck!!

Donna I usually find the Collectif dresses a little on the bigger size of the size im an 18-20 and i always get an 18. so maybe if the smallest they do is an 8 then it wouldnt be suitable for you. Pity they are fab dresses.

Girls just a quick update for ye; went into Jane N looking for some dresses I'd seen online but no luck; ended up buying this dress from Coast

I know it's a tad summer-y but the colour really suits my own colouring (blonde, will have light fake tan on). Should get a few wears out of it too over the summer.

Also, went to bring the fab red shoes back to RI ( http://www.shoeperwoman.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/river-island-red-peep-toe-stiletto-shoes.jpg) , and the girl at the till asked if I wanted to buy them 'back' at sale price (€35 as opposed to €89 paid for them!). Of course I couldn't refuse such beauties So refund plus bargain...RESULT! Also bought this dress from Warehouse http://www.warehouse.co.uk/slinky-jersey-bandeau-dress/Dresses/warehouse/fcp-product/302862 to go with the shoes....thats me sorted for New Years

this one gets my vote - you are tall and thin and this is soooo classy but not too sexy that you'll steal the eyes from the bride if you know what I mean. Am sooo jealous being short and pear shaped:)

Gah, meemeep this was my fav too!! I actually tried it on few weeks ago (was only €49 in sale!) but never bought it and have tried to get it in a few warehouse stores since but none in my size have just bought a dress which is quite the opposite (hot pink and short) but I do love the colour on me for a change
