Not sure about the international texts, but with the free version of the app I think its 250 free texts and with the paid version its 500 (I think).

the amount of texts depends on the network you're with and maybe tariff, o2 give 250, three give 333
not sure bout the rest

You need the paid version of Eirtext to send international texts
